Levels of protection
Our Safety Process ensures every step of the job conforms to rigorous safety standards. Multiple layers of oversight include a full-time Safety Officer responsible for implementing and enforcing our Safety Program. Additionally, the Safety Committee meets on a monthly basis to make and review policy.
Empowering safe choices
Each team member receives the training, equipment and support to create the safest working environment possible. Our hiring process includes drug screening for all employees and background checks for key personnel. The formation of individual safety incentives for all employees personalize safety imperative. Equipped with state-of-the-art fall protection and personal protection equipment our team members are protected should mishaps occur. To prevent accidents and ensure safe procedures, we hold annual driving record reviews and defensive driving training for all employees operating company vehicles. Our foremen and superintendents also undergo specialized training as do employees handing specialized equipment.
